The dog park was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and when we asked for something they responded and came to our room right away. The breakfast had a variety of good options. It was close to a lot of museums and the downtown area.

It was clean , the breakfast was buffet style all the usual items. The free shuttle was very good that took us intoSt. Augustine. We were able to park right outside our door very convenient and as requested prior to the visit they gave a ground floor room. Plenty of restaurants around the area.

Bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows, and the room was clean. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool. The free shuttle was a bonus and the driver was great -- very informative and entertaining.

Very clean facilities and friendly staff! Not your typical Hotel breakfast . Homemade and very good . Hotel offered free trolly to beach and historic district .

The hotel is extremely dog friendly with a small dog park included. The room has a tile floor (no carpet). The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and stocked with fresh towels. You will need hair conditioner & lotion from home. This is not included. You have a small fridge which will accommodate your stay. We brought dish soap & sponge to wash dog bowls. They provide a collapsible dog dishes for water & food. The hotel shuttle is dog friendly and can accommodate a pet stroller. The star bus is also a shuttle (free) that can accommodate a dog stroller too which has (3) downtown stops to help with travel. This is how we traveled with the pets. I recommend this hotel but remember it’s not the Ritz. Clean & Economical.

We were accommodated from the back side of the hotel, so there was not noise from the street. Upper floor was nice, room was smaller for 4 people, but still ok, just for sleeping. Pool is not heated. You can buy shuttle bus card at the reception to take you to the center or Vilano beach every 30 minutes. But when you don’t want to loose time by waiting or you have kids, is better to go by car.

The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are very nice and clean. You can’t beat the location in its proximity to downtown and having a shuttle is a bonus! Their free breakfast is delicious and fresh. There are plenty of options to eat.

Staff was very friendly, helpful. I Loved being able to purchase old town trolly tickets at desk, and they call over for us getting picked up at hotel, and they bring you back to hotel. They also have a shuttle that will drop you off wherever you needed to go. We never used the shuttle, but it was available. Also the breakfast was delicious. Also loved the pump soap on wall and cosmetic towel. Definitely coming back when it’s warmer so we can use the pool.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out. The shuttle running every 20ish minutes is such a luxury.

Free breakfast and shuttle to downtown is the best! They have an easy online check-in process that makes it really as simple as picking up your room key once you arrive. There's also a little shop in the lobby where you can purchase drinks, snacks and alcohol. The location is perfect. It's close to downtown and Vilano Beach; conveniently, there's also a CVS directly across the street.
